For normal returns (non-damaged) items should be returned in original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact us at to arrange your return and refund.


In the event one of our products becomes damaged through no fault of your own or is defective, please e-mail us at immediately. We expect the lifetime of our product to hold up.

For damaged replacements we require a photo and description of what happened when the item became damaged. We may also require the item to be mailed back for verification.
